These terms govern your use of the Al Amerat Hotel website and your stay with us. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment
Valid identification and a payment method may be required at check-in. Room rates, taxes, and any incidental charges are payable as agreed at the time of booking.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect other guests and hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to leave in the event of disruptive or unlawful behaviour.
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Liability
Al Amerat Hotel is not liable for the loss of personal belongings. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
